青岛进口化妆品成品清关海运代理

化妆品进口流程： 
1.获得化妆品进口容许批文，此批文需在北京食品药品监督管理局处理。 
2.在进口口岸出入境查验检疫局获得中文标签存案。 
3.预备材料报检获得通关单，然后报关。 
4.报关通过交税之后在商检局收取CIQ方可上架出售。 
进口非特别用途化妆品存案，应提交下列材料： 
（一）进口非特别用途化妆品行政容
（四）产品质量安全控制要求； 
许央求表； 
（二）产品中文名称命名依据； 
（三）产品配方； 
（五）产品原包装（含产品标签、产品说明书）；拟专为我国商场规划包装的，需一同提交产品规划包装（含产品标签、产品说明书）； 
（六）经国家食品药品监督管理局确认的容许查验安排出具的查验陈述及相关材料； 
（七）产品中或许存在安全性风险物质的有关安全性点评料； 
（八）现已存案的行政容许在华申报责任单位**书复印件及行政容许在华申报责任单位营业执照复印件并加盖公章； 
（九）化妆品运用材料及材料来历契合疯牛病疫区高风险物质禁限用要求的承诺书； 
（十）产品在出产国（区域）或原产国（区域）出产和出售的证明文件； 
（十一）或许有助于存案的其他材料。

1.在华申报责任单位/境内责任人信息，以及国外品牌方和实践出产工厂信息（我公司供应空白信息登记表样表，填写即可） 。  
The information of foreign cosmetics brand company, manufacturing company, and unit responsible for administrative approval in China or domestic responsible unit. (Filling in the “information collection  
form” we provide).  
2.在华申报责任单位/境内责任人营业执照副本扫描件。  
Note: This clause has nothing to do with foreign cosmetics brand company or manufacturer.  
3.国外企业对在华申报责任单位/境内责任人的授权书。（我司拟草）  
需求国外企业在国外公证（公证内容为国外企业负责人的签字属实） ，然后到当地我国使领馆认证（一般需时半个月） ，也可在国外公证后直接寄回我国由*的公证处公证。  
Authorization of foreign cosmetics brand company to the unit responsible for administrative approval in China or domestic responsible unit.  
It is required to be notarized in foreign countries (Notarizing the signature of the person in charge of the foreign cosmetics brand). The foreign cosmetics brand company take the notarized authorization to  
the local Chinese Embassy to be authenticated (it takes half a month usually) ， or send the notarized authorization to the unit responsible for administrative approval in China or domestic responsible  
unit to be notarized once more by a China's  
designated notary public.  
4.产品配方表。（国外品牌方供应，我司审理）  
Cosmetic formula. (foreign cosmetics brand company providing).  
5.产品出产工艺流程。（国外品牌方供应，我司审理）  
Manufacturing process. (foreign cosmetics brand company providing).  
6.产品外包装规划稿（国外品牌方供应，我司审理），及中文翻译稿。  
Layout of Outer Packaging. (foreign cosmetics brand company providing), and its' simple Chinese translation. 
二、 后期需求供给的材料（产品初步审阅完成后供给即可） Materials required after preaudit
7.契合要求的检测样品。（国外品牌方供给，我司送检）
Qualified test samples (foreign cosmetics brand company providing).
8.自由销售证明。（国外品牌方供给，我司审阅）
The free sale certificate. (foreign cosmetics brand company providing)
9.出产企业的 ISO，或许 GMP，或许契合出产企业所在国(地区)法规要求的化妆品出产资质证明文件。（国外品牌方供给）
The manufacturer's ISO, or GMP, or government issued selling and manufacturing licenses.(foreign cosmetics brand company providing)
10.特定成分的质量标准证明。我司根据产品配方确认是否需求。（国外品牌方供给）
The certificate of quality specification for some special ingredients determined by the product formula.(foreign cosmetics brand company providing).
11.闽台特别提示：出自闽台的材料，涉及到后续大陆公证环节的，如授权书、 ISO 或 GMP 原件等，或许终究会在国家药品监督管理局网站公示的材料，如产品包装等，不能体现“*民国”，及其英文表达方式，如ROC， Republic of China 等。
